Video: The Dow in 1929 and The Dow in 2010

Hi Traders,

The Great Recession has been compared with the Great Depression many times and today’s video does just that, but from a technical standpoint.

What is interesting about this video is that it pinpoints the same 50% positive correction levels that were seen in 1930 which was then followed by an even deeper crash.

Although I highly doubt this scenario will unfold this time around, nobody really knows. As I mentioned in previous posts about the key index levels to watch out for, several of my key indicators are telling me that the markets are oversold and bouncing back. Investors are in panic mode and this normally indicates that we are near a bottom of a correction. It also looks like we are seeing a short-term bottom in Crude Oil.

Here is the video and I hope you enjoy it. Leave some feedback in the comments area!

Sincerely,

Jordi Perez
